Born in Szolnok in 1978, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Szeged in 2001. He studied European Integration and Development Studies at the Vrije Universiteit (VUB) in Brussels and obtained his PhD degree from the University of Szeged in 2013.
Between 2015 and 2019, he was an Associate Professor at the Department of European Public and Private Law, Faculty of International and European Studies, National University of Public Service, and between 2016 and 2017, he was Deputy Dean of the Department of European Public and Private Law.
In 2017-2018 he was Director of the Hungarian Academy of Justice at the National Office of the Judiciary. •From 2018, he held the position of State Secretary for European Union and International Judicial Cooperation at the Ministry of Justice, and from 15 January 2021 he was appointed State Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office.
